Examples: Assault Family Violence Enhanced, Assault Family Violence Impeding Breath, Possession of a Controlled Substance

State Jail Felony

  • State Jail – 6 months to 2 years

  • Probation in certain cases and circumstances

Examples: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft
